Yoga 101:  For new students and those who want to focus on the basics of breath and foundation.

Gentle Vinyasa:  A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Poses are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga.  

Vinyasa: Vinyasa is the linking of body movement with breath. You flow through a sequence of breath-synchronized movements that transition between sustained postures. All levels welcome.

Intro to Ashtanga: Learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga system in this 60-minute class. Instructor introduces modifications of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga including coordination of breathing and movement in sun salutations, standing and seated poses.
